NSCC 2025 Recruitment – Competency Criteria (In line with the Public Service Rules and Federal Republic of Nigeria Scheme of Service) General Competency Criteria (Applicable to All Cadres)you
- Citizenship: Must be a Nigerian citizen by birth or naturalization.
- Character: Must be of good character and not convicted of any criminal offence.
- Health: Must be certified as physically and mentally fit by a government-recognized hospital.
- Service Orientation: Demonstrated commitment to the core values of the Public Service: integrity, accountability, transparency, impartiality, and meritocracy.
- ICT Competence: Basic proficiency in computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet).
- Communication Skills: Good oral and written communication ability.
